I have a passion for developing high performance systems, software, and teams. I believe there's far greater value in growing 10x teams than finding 10x individuals.
I've worked on a lot of different challenges in the ad space at Amazon involving platform APIs, databases, data pipelines, logging, and even some front-end UI. Most recently, I've been focused on building new features and algorithms related to selection (ranking/allocation), pricing, measurement, and simulation.
